I know what it means to be in default with a loan, but what I'm not completely certain of is what it means to owe a "refund" to a loan. Does that mean if I am making payments on a loan (or loans) as of right now, I can't apply for any more loans? I presently do owe on some loans, and I just want to make sure that the whole "owing a refund" thing doesn't mean that I won't be eligible for more aid. Anyways, if anybody out there can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to sign the form and lie to my school...
